Inaugural ‘Ultimate’ Northeast Grazing School coming soon

Join other forward-thinking graziers at the National Grazing Lands Coalition (NatGLC) 2026 “Ultimate Northeast Grazing School,” hosted by John Burns’s Evermore Farms, 8475 Morgan Creek Rd., Lindley, NY, Sept. 8 and 9 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

For the great value of only $50 for both days, the school features catered lunches and engaging in human connection while strengthening observational skills as the land and animals teach attendees the nuances of grazing management.

This in-field, hands-on school will feature 30 years of learning experience about real grazing impacts, multispecies grazing, measuring forage, animal performance, biological monitoring, economics, silvopasture and stockpiling – and a cool, bonus interactive soil pit.

With a combined 160 years of grazing experience, these observational practitioners will lead the grazing conversations around the farm: John and Anne Burns, Brian Maloney, Cheryl Bruce, Eli Mack, Brett Chedzoy, Betsy Hicks, Dr. Joe Amsili, Dan Ufnar, Troy Bishopp and more.

To register online go to natglcevents.zohobackstage.com/TheUltimateGrazingSchoolwithTroyBishopp. You may also call Troy Bishopp at 315.749.4528 or email troy@grazinglands.org and he’ll share registration and payment options.

This is a first come, first served event, and space is limited – there are only 30 spots left.

This unique grazing event is sponsored by NatGLC, the Farm Credit Northeast AgEnhancement Program, the NY Soil Health Program, the Upper Susquehanna Coalition, Kings Agriseeds and Country Folks Newspapers.
