The annual MOSES conference has grown from its humble roots in 1990 — when it attracted 90 farmers — to over 3500 attendees in February of 2016. The conference featured more than sixty workshops, inspiring speakers, a two-floor Exhibit Hall and organically grown food. The Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) was founded in order to educate. Their mission is to educate, inspire and empower farmers to thrive in a sustainable organic system of agriculture.
